Shipping and insurance is provided by Ship Your Reptiles. Learn more about them here.
Overnight shipping is currently $80.
We use the best quality shipping boxes and material. We prioritize the well-being and comfort of our animals during transportation, and the extra measures taken for frog shipments is important for their successful arrival.
Our Shipping Policy

Carrier & speed: FedEx Priority Overnight.

Ship days: Mon–Wed (to avoid weekend delays). Holiday weeks may be adjusted.

Hold for pickup: For the animal’s safety and to qualify for our guarantee, we strongly prefer shipping to a FedEx Ship Center (hub).

Weather holds: If temperatures fall outside SYR safe ranges for any part of the trip, we will delay shipping until conditions improve. Your animal’s safety comes first.

Scheduling: After purchase, we coordinate a ship date with you by email/text. You must confirm someone 18+ will pick up the package at the hub or be available at the delivery address.

Geography: We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee that all reptiles and frogs will arrive alive when the shipment:

Is sent Priority Overnight through SYR,
-
Is shipped to and picked up at an official FedEx Ship Center (hub), and
-
Arrives by the published FedEx Guaranteed Time.
Your responsibilities (to keep the guarantee valid)

Pick up promptly: Pick up within 2 hours of the package being marked “Ready for Pickup.”

Inspect at pickup: Open and inspect the animal at the hub.

Notify immediately: If there is any issue, contact us within 1 hour of pickup with photos/videos (unboxing and the shipping label visible).

Correct info: Provide a correct name, phone number, and pickup location.
Limitations (common industry standards)
The Live Arrival Guarantee is void if:

The shipment is not to a FedEx hub (home/business delivery),
-
You miss the pickup window or delay receipt,
-
Weather is outside SYR safe ranges and you request we ship anyway,
-
Incorrect/insufficient address or contact info is provided,
-
FedEx delivers after their guaranteed time (this becomes an insurance claim through SYR).
Remedies
For a verified DOA (Dead on Arrival) under the valid terms above, you may choose:

Replacement of similar value (when available), or
-
Refund of the animal’s purchase price.
Shipping costs are not refundable. Claims require clear photos/video as noted above so we can file insurance with SYR.

Live Arrival Guarantee Terms
We guarantee that all reptiles and frogs will arrive alive at their destination when shipped to an official FedEx hub and arriving by FedEx Gauranteed Times. Purchaser must open the box and inspect the animal upon pick up. Abundant Exotics must be notified immediately of any Dead On Arrival animals. Pictures and videos will be required for a valid insurance claim. For any DOA animals, a refund will be issued or animal(s) replaced. Limitations apply. Read more here.
Returns & Refunds
What you need to know

Live animals: All sales are final once an animal ships. We do not accept returns for preference or temperament.

Order cancellations (before shipping): You may cancel prior to the agreed ship date. Payment processing fees (typically ~3%) are non-refundable.

Payment plans / holds (if offered): Deposits/holds are non-refundable but are transferable to another animal within 30 days. Animals remain property of Abundant Exotics until paid in full.

Important Shipping Information
Legal Compliance (Buyer’s Responsibility)
It is the customer’s responsibility to know and comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase and possession of reptiles/amphibians. If an order is confiscated or refused by authorities due to legal restrictions, no refund will be issued. We cannot ship where prohibited. We do not export.
Privacy Policy
Your data is secure
We collect the minimum information needed to process your order, ship your animal, and support your purchase. We do not sell your personal information.
What We Collect

Order info: name, email, phone, billing/shipping details.

Payment: processed securely by our payment provider (e.g., Wix Payments/Stripe/PayPal). We do not store full card numbers.

Shipping: we share the necessary details with Ship Your Reptiles and FedEx to create labels and insurance.

Site data: basic analytics and cookies to keep the site working and improve experience.
How We Use It

Process payments, fulfill orders, arrange shipping/insurance, provide customer support, send transactional emails (order updates), and—if you opt in—send product updates or care resources. You can unsubscribe any time.
Data Retention & Security
We retain order records for tax/audit purposes as required by law. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No internet transmission is 100% secure, but we do our best to protect your information.
Your Rights
Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal data. Contact us to make a request. We will verify identity before acting.
Minors
We sell to adults 18+ only. If we learn we have collected data from a minor, we’ll delete it.
